120 seats on 60 benches with colourful cushions, which can be rearranged according to your needs + 76 +40 seats in side stands + over 120 seats on black chairs.
The lounge enjoys excellent natural light throughout the day, as it is equipped with large sliding windows along the entire length of the structure.
The inner side overlooks the River Dora and the outdoor area can be accessed through a large door.
Extremely well ventilated even in summer. Heated in winter with ceiling vents
The double-layer floating wooden floor (birch and plywood underneath) guarantees both thermal insulation and excellent shock absorption, making it very elastic and comfortable even for activities performed barefoot or on the floor.
Wooden flooring is very comfortable and suitable for numerous sports activities such as dance, martial arts, yoga, meditation, Pilates, etc. It immediately creates an intimate and welcoming environment for other artistic, cultural, musical and educational initiatives, conferences, conventions, assemblies and much more.
Oak room
Extremely versatile hall measuring approximately 100 square metres, ideal for courses but also for conferences, seminars, meetings, lectures, gatherings and celebrations:
- can be used with tables and chairs or left empty to take advantage of the full space available
- the arrangement of the tables can be changed
- total seating capacity approx. 90
- equipped with a video projector and audio system if required
Bright during the day and overlooking the covered terrace.
The hall was completely renovated in July 2023 thanks to the support of Fondazione Compagnia di San Paolo.
Covered terrace
In summer, it is our favourite place: the sail-shaped canopies, a distinctive feature of the Fortino, keep it cool and pleasant.
The flooring has been treated with a two-component coating for maximum comfort and to protect dance shoes.
It is also equipped with an audio system and, if necessary, tables and chairs, making it perfect for assemblies and meetings.
Kitchen
Our kitchen is perfect both for food preparation and as a photo/video set. This is where the meals for our marathons are prepared.
